We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh.
Delivery time
- Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days after confirmation
- Outside Dhaka: 2–4 working days after confirmation
Delivery charge
- Inside Dhaka: ৳50
- Outside Dhaka: ৳100
Order confirmation
Every order is confirmed by phone before dispatch. Please keep the number you entered on the form switched on.
Checking your parcel
You may open and inspect the outer packaging in front of the delivery agent. If the box is damaged or the wrong item was sent, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
Failed deliveries
If nobody is available at the address, our partner will attempt delivery again the next working day. After two failed attempts the parcel returns to us.
